randomizeStates

network.randomizeStates (node, distribution_1, …, distribution_n)
Randomizes states of neurons.

Parameters

node: node template
Only randomize states of nodes of this type
distribution_1, …, distribution_n: distributions
Pick the values of the 1st, …, nth dynamical variable from these distributions.
