randomTarget_weightedEdge

randomTarget_weightedEdge(lower, upper)
A target is chosen randomly every time a state is requested by the source node.

Parameters

lower : int
The lowest node number for the randomly chosen target node.
upper : int
The largest node number for the randomly chosen target node.

coupling

Edges of this type allocate an 64 bit double for the coupling strength
